Zero rated review honestly! Absolutely abysmal experience. Bought a very expensive demo vehicle from them in June 2022, awful experience to say the least. Delivered a vehicle that wasn't even valet and an empty tank! A cap as a gift.....what's worse is I took the vehicle to do the brakes in January 2023 and ended up with a very noticeable paint chip on the drivers door, even though they acknowledged it and offered to repair it, a shoddy job was done by their outsourced panel beater who actually broke my drivers window so that had to be replaced! The vehicle then came back with a major color variation and I complained and the DP offered to change the entire door, which again was done by this "panel beater" when I received my vehicle back, the paint residue was all over my interior dash, seats and door! CMH couldn't even valet after such an awful experience caused by their incompetence in the first place! I am disgusted by this branch and regret ever choosing CMH Ballito to purchase....lesson learnt! Will never use them for any service or recommend them jn any way going forward! Will give credit to the Sales Manager Sanjeev for trying though.
