Buying a Nissan Magnite is the worst decision you'll ever make – Severe unresolved factory defect

Buying a Nissan is the worst decision you will ever make—you will be lucky if it doesn't give you endless problems. I have come to realize that so many Nissan owners face continuous issues, and dealing with a factory fault is the single worst nightmare a car buyer can experience. I bought my 2023 Nissan Magnite from CMH Nissan Ballito through salesperson Khulekani Vilakazi. Once the sale was finalized, they completely washed their hands of me, proving that once they have your money, it's "your baby to handle." The car suffers from severe starting failures and battery drainage. It has been taken to three dealerships—CMH Nissan Ballito, Nissan Centurion, and CMH Nissan Midrand—more than three times combined, yet there is zero permanent resolution. Despite replacing the battery three times, I am still constantly left stranded. Being told to simply trade it in is insulting. I believe this is a clear factory fault, yet no one is assisting me. I am utterly devastated and hate this car with all my gut; every single time I get into the driver's seat, I know I'm facing pure frustration. Nissan's service is completely unacceptable and useless. Save yourself the heartache and avoid them entirely.

History of the issue
1. First battery failure occurred at approximately 2 year of ownership and was replaced.
2. The exact same issue persisted. Nissan Centurion attributed it to an aftermarket tracker. I paid for diagnostics and had the tracker completely removed.
3. Despite tracker removal and _3 battery replacements in less than 1 year the battery continues to drain and fail.
4. The vehicle has been to Nissan branches numerous times, most frequently Nissan Ballito,Nissan Centurion. A brand new battery lasts for close to a month then we are back to square one leaving me without a permanent resolution.
5. I have reported this ongoing issue to my sales representative, Khulekani Vilakazi, numerous times. Being a lady and a first time car owner His advice was that I should "simply trade the vehicle in" and get another car . This response made me feel that the only priority for Nissan is making sales, and not supporting customers after the sale. I found this deeply hurtful and unprofessional.
6. I have also emailed Nissan numerous times regarding this matter. I have only received automated responses. No one from Nissan has ever called me to resolve this issue.

I have incurred ongoing costs for batteries , unplanned uber rides, jump-starts, and towing. More importantly, I have been stranded in unsafe locations. This is not the safe, reliable transport I am paying monthly installments for. I opted to buy a brand new Vehicle with 0km mileage because I didn’t want to deal with issues off such. It’s been too long.

I signed those papers trusting I were paying for reliability, safety, and freedom from mechanical headaches. But instead of joy, the past year has been a relentless cycle of anxiety, disappointment, and hidden defects. Every single time I open the door and slide into the driver’s seat, the excitement you once felt is replaced by a cold knot of frustration and bitterness. What should have been a prized reward for My hard work has turned into an exhausting burden, and it breaks My heart to realize that a car I once loved and believed in is now something I genuinely despise to drive. I am afraid I won’t start every time I turn on the ignition.
