Their incompetence is at another level

Unfortunately you can't have less than 1 star rating. I took my car there, they claimed they fixed the issue. It reappeared the next day. I took it the second time and when I fetched the car I asked multiple times to ensure the issue was fixed. For the second time the car was not properly washed.

As I write this review, I am sitting in a tow truck having canceled my weekend away (3 hours into the trip). I am incurring tow fees unnecessary. I have kids crying next to me.

If incompetence had a face, it would be personified through this dealer.
