Bad customer service at Mitsubishi WestRand

Bad customer service, l googled a number for Mitsubishi Rivonia and l lended in Mitsubishi WestRand. The guy at the reception transferred me to service department, but no one answered. He took my details and said he will ask the guys at service to call me back. A lady called me back almost an hour later, she was very cold, she asked me for car registration and VIN number, and she told me she could not pickup my details with my cellphone number, it was then when l realized l call Mitsubishi WestRand instead of Mitsubishi Rivonia. I politely asked her to give me Rivonia numbers, and she arrogantly told me to google the number. I told her l googled the number hence l landed in WestRand. I told her but you are a same company, can she at least give me the Head Office number. She told me their not the same branch and she hanged up on me. Dropped the phone on my 👂, not willing to give me a number to book a service. Very arrogant and bad service. I called back and the guy at reception answered and apologized for her and asked me if l would like to book my car by their branch and he gave me the number for head office. But how can l book my car by them after such a first impression, very bad service. So they lost a client because of bad attitude.
