Worse car service experience

I have been a customer of this franchise for 5 years and i had no issues until Last year December. I booked my car in for a service and advised on a faulty steering control which was acknowledged .On collection of my vehicle, I was advised that I would get a call when the part arrived for the steering control which i didn't. It has been 8 months and consistent calls to the dealership for assistance. My hooter is now not working which I called in for but got no assistance.

I was in disbelief when customers complained about the poor service at this dealership until now. ITS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
