No Feedback on serious issues bad customer care

Bought an pre owned vehicle well before lock down, was promissed all the issues that wasnt supposed to be as the vehicle was in perfect condition is not yet resolved, no feedback after numerous emails, I was miss led and made promises that wasnt true and they just dont care, I will now lodge an official complaint with the National Consumer Commission 71(1)
