Ford

I have a 2019 Ford fiesta trend. I have had endless problems with it from the day I got it. I've been back and forth to umgeni and umhlanga dealership and the service from Ford as a whole is absolutely ****. There vehicles on the other hand are even worse with never ending issues. My vehicle recently had a gear box replacement done which took them over a month. When I went to fetch the car, the clutch didn't feel right and was extremely tight. I was informed by the manager and technician that it might feel like that due to a new gear box being replaced and the clutch has 60 000 km wear and tear on it. They refused to replace the clutch and suggested that I bring the vehicle in to rebleed the clutch system and oil the clutch. Up till now it hasn't been done and the service advisor who I was dealing with decided to resign. This is just one issue. I've had radio screen replacement, radio upgrades every month because it freezes, hand break adjustments after 2 months of having the car, resecuring of speakers, rattling noises from the engine, door panels, oiling window panel.. The list goes on and on.

Ford is the worst place to ever buy a vehicle from and the service is disgraceful. I would never advise anyone to ever buy a Ford fiesta or any Ford for that matter.
