Appalling Service

The service at CMH Ford Umhlanga is appalling and entity basically must be working with *********. Dealer principal Visham and service manager Nolan say they do not care who brings in a vehicle to their dealership for repairs. They will not they verify and get authority from the owner of the vehicle to do a repair. My car has been stored at their premises since 2019 and when I ask for documentation they refuse to give it to me. Which means even if your car is ****** the perpetrators can take it to Ford to get it repaired or otherwise. They will not be asked any questions not will the dealership get confirmation from the owner to carry out the repairs. Then they will I turn protect the perpetrators by withholding information / documentation because you didn’t book it in even though you’re the owner. YES I HAVE EVERYTHING RECORDED.
