Ford Hatfiel - the worst service ever

This really is the worst branch in South Africa.

I took my car for a service and then they told me my maintenance plan does not cover it. (in fact, it did) Then they made me pay for it cash.

I found out that the plan will cover it and it did and paid them the money.

They were supposed to give me a refund but after endless emails, nothing happened. I warned them I would go to Hello Peter and this did not help either. Thus I am here.

Does anyone know how i could get my money out of a company like this?
