After sales suck

I bought a brand new eco sport, with the sale they were very helpfull, after promising they will deliver my eco sport, they told me i have to go and collect it, when i sign the paper work they add alot of extra stuff on that i didnt know about or ask for, when i question it, they dont answer me (change the subject).. my temp permit Expired and i didnt get my license or number plates,they wont even give me an update, i phoned like 10 times to follow up, a week later i received it.. the driver side window, the rubber is faulty, so i send them a photo of it, till now there is nothing done or said.. they promised me a full tank petrol when i collect the car, the car were empty, now they say, they dont have nice presents so they will give me a fuel voucher instead.. they owe me money, im waiting almost 2 months now for the money, when i question it, they keep on saying tommorow.. i asked for the tracking device certificate, its now 4 days and still nothing and they promised me the certificate 4 days after collecting the car, its now 2 months and i need it for my insurance... The after sales service sucks big time!!!
