Very poor service

We have had the worst after sales service from this dealership, I don’t even know where to start. We have been waiting almost 3 months just to get a spare key for the vehicle we purchased. On the purchase day we realised that 1 electric mirror was not working. Took them about 2 months to assist in this matter. We always have to follow up with them as they either just ignore your messages or they simply give you the same story every time. I have lost count of the back and forth to get this situation resolved. We still haven’t received the spare key which was promised to be delivered within a week of purchase. I have zero trust in this dealer and I wouldn’t recommend them, so disappointed.
