Terrible experience at CMH Honda the glen

I went to view a toyota rav 4 at cmh honda the glen on a Saturday afternoon few minutes before closing time. The salesperson was Ayanda. I viewed the car but couldn't get a test drive because it was closing time. I repeatedly asked Ayanda if there was anything wrong with the car. He assured me that there was nothing wrong and the vehicle was in perfect condition. I payed for the car and was promised that i can pick up on Monday. I called Ayanda on Monday and he made some excuse. He postponed it to Tuesday. He again went against his word on Tuesday. I went on Wednesday to pick up the vehicle and as i drove on to the freeway i noticed thick black smoke coming out of the exhaust. The vehicle was overfuelling and slightly underpowered. I immediately called Ayanda but he insisted that it was normal and nothing was wrong. I called a few mechanics and all of them said there is a fault with the vehicle and it needs to be taken for diagnostics. I returned the vehicle the next day and asked Ayanda to do diagnostics. He made lot of excuses but didnt do the diagnostics. The most they could do was change the oil despite their claims that the vehicle had just been serviced before i bought it. The oil change didnt solve the problem. I asked for a refund and Ayanda said i must talk to his manager Dylan. This guy was forever in a meeting but after some time i got hold of him. He was abrupt and rude and blatantly refused to refund me. He also challenged me to complain to miosa. The only option i was given was to take another car and the rav 4 will be traded in for less than what i payed. These guys are ****** of note. I took a mechanic to see the car and he showed me most of their preowned cars were resprayed. Please dont make the mistake of buying a used car from CMH Honda the glen. Most of their preowned cars are either resprayed or defective. They wont disclose the defects to you and once you pay you can dream about getting your money back.
