Motorplan Promise not fulfilled

I took my car for a service on Tuesday morning and I was told that the brakes are not okay. The car is still under the Motorplan. Roddolf told me that they will skinner them.I told him that I do not want the disk to be skinned.I WANT NEW BRAKES installed. He is taking me from pillar to post as I'm talking now my car is still at the dealership. Why must I not get new ones when it's still under Motorplan.
