Dealership selling defective cars

The service received from the Sales team n Management @Honda the Glen is tantamount to *****. The dealership sold a defective car to my sister and when we tried to take it back within 5 to 7 days of buying it the dealership did not take it back. The management is even worse no empathy no sense of customer service whatsoever. Never ever trust the dealership. Even the back door garages are better than them. Management should be held accountable.
