Cristopher Vhulanie at CMH HONDA , THE GLEN - worst service and salesman

I bought a Honda WR-V 2022 model from the salesman, Charles, on 31/10/2023 My bank Nedbank made an instant payment into the FNB account of Honda, the Glen on 2/11/ 2023 and I immediately forward 'proof of payme'.nt'to Charles. Unfortunately, the bank paid R900 short. I arrange with Charles, that when he deliver the vehicle on 3 Nov, that he will take me to the closest Nedbank ATM to withdraw the money and pay Honda in cash as long as he can give me a receipt. He said that it is good and that they do take cash. When I asked at what time I can expect the vehicle to be delivered, he said that the vehicle is being serviced and that he will deliver early on Saturday morning, because he knew that I need the vehicle urgently. When I called him at 9:00 this morning, he told me to come and collect the car myself. This is not the way that any car sales representative ever treated me. Then he promised to deliver just after 10:00 this morning. It is now 11: 36 and I am still waiting...... Thus I am within the "7 day cooling off"period and I cancelled the Offer to Purchase. The one star is for the friendly receptionist Thus I warned everybody to never do business with CHRISTOPHER VHULAHANIE at CMH Honda, The Glen. It seems that he is selling vehicles that does not excists.
