Car complain

I baught a car 2 and a half months ago, spoke with the guy his name is Tshimangadzo known as TJ well the car that I wanted wasn't available and he suggested that I get suzuki celerio 2022 well I ended getting it tried to negotiate it but failed. He told me the car will go under roadworthy after I buy and I'll collect it the following day cool I I baught and left the car so that they do their thing, went the following was excited cos it's my first car when I got home the tires of the car you can see they worn out I tried to communicate with him he told me he will talk to his manager and he promised me that they'll change them as well the car didn't come with mats inside and the paint of the car you can is not right I kept talking and he kept giving me hope and later on I asked him send me the roadworthy certificate now he ignores me I hate false promises now I'm stuck with the car that has worn tires no mats inside the car still waiting for the roadworthy certificate.

As he says he has tried to talk to his manager now he is ignoring me I don't like the way they do business we come with lots of money they should make us happy but now I'm no longer with how they work before they their cars they supposed to check this things.
