Appalling service from CMH Honda the Glen

I bought a car from CMH Honda the Glen.I was assisted by Paul. Both times that I went to test drive and inspect the car, I highlighted scratches on body of the car that I needed to be fixed before collecting the car. I also requested for the front tyres to be replaced as they are worn out. Paul agreed that both my concerns would be attended to. To my surprise when I went in to take delivery of the car on 13th April, none of my requests had been addressed. Paul said to me that his boss is away and would be back on the 16th April. When I called in to speak to the manager he was never available. I have sent an email to both Paul and his manager and there has not been a response in over a week! The lack of service is appalling!!!
