Worst Service Ever Received

To CMH Volvo Fourways, this has been the worst service I have ever received across any industry in my entire life.

My car was booked in for a service. They told us the service was complete, but it was not, another light was showing up so it was sent back. After they claim to have fixed everything, they took my vehicle offsite to a third party wash bay where a member of the public damaged my vehicle.

Volvo absolutely refused to take any responsibility and also refused to grant me a courtesy vehicle for the duration of repairs.

I decided to collect my vehicle and repair the damage myself, so sent a driver to CMH Volvo Fourways only for the vehicles battery to be completely dead. They then refused to jumpstart the vehicle for my driver to take it.

Not only did they absolve themselves of all responsibility and not provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but the battery, which was perfectly fine before, is now completely dead.

The service manager, Corne, was rude and offered abhorrent customer service.

This entire branch should be shut down.
