We Buy Cars

I recently bought a car with We Buy Cars. The consultants are just chasing sales for profit and promising zero to customers. When i viewed the car (Haval Jolion) online the door handle cover was there. When i went there to view the car physically i realised that the door handle cover was missing. The consultant (Fahraan) promised to get the door cover replaced to date the cover is not replaced yet, we communicated via Whatsapp to get the cover replaced, now he is just ignoring me. Im talking about a part worth R30 rands only. I went to a workshop in Gezina to try get it myself but they didn't have stock. I informed him and asked him to organise as promised but ignorance is bliss.
