Waiting for a quote only get excuses

I am seriously unimpressed with the quality of service from Ford Umgeni. I need a quote for car repairs to my lock set and have been in on the 27th June, phoned in, returned on the 3 July, phoned in again and received nothing. I have given them my phone number, both email addresses, and can not get a clear answer. Its always I will call you tomorrow, I will send you the quote tomorrow, I'll call you back and it doesn't happen. Clearly they do not want the work and I while I wait for them to get back to me, the chances of my Insurance paying getting slimmer due to their inability to understand the seriousness of the matter. This is no joke I needed the quote when I went in on the 27th of June, it i snow 05 of July

This is not the first issue I have had with them and I am seriously considering never doing business with them again.
