I am absolutely disappointed in the attitude and service received from one of the salesman at Suzuki Umhlanga. I sent him an Email requesting for a quote for a new vehicle I have spoken to him previously as well. He didn't bother responding to my email, I called him after a few days to query if he received my mail and he said.. 'he did receive my email but he's been a bit busy and and will send the quote in about an hour'. I understood and accepted that. I visited the dealership 1 week later only to be told that he had no stock of the vehicle! He acknowledged his lack of response and assured me he will make it up when the new spec is launched. Now her says that he can not give me a deal as it's a new vehicle and the onroad fees are over R10k... such a sad excuse for a salesman and *************. Just wait until interest rates increase and people are unable to afford new vehicle... you will then be begging for customers to come in. Good luck to you and your poor ethics Thabiso and big boy!
