Unpleasant sales and after sales experience at CMH the Glen - Take caution

Take caution when you deal with CMH the Glen! We brought a low ks vehicle "as new" that was sold to us in a hurry by the sales rep Mr. Christopher Vhulahani, in support of the dealer principle (Mr. Dylan Pepperell). It was agreed that the vehicle was going to be PDI's, valeted, a vibration on the front wheel fixed, refuelled and presented nicely to us. It was not all done. The car was only washed not valeted with the wheel vibration still a problem. Only on a second return of the vehicle the car got a valet and the vibration attended to. It since came to our attention that the fitted tow bar is not connected to the cars harness. Emails to the principle dealer, sales agent and CMH Head office (Mrs. Alicia Vorster) remains unanswered. A formal complaint was made against all.
