Total lack of responsibility and knowledge of CPA
Bought BMW in Aug 2014. Vehicle broke in Dec went to branch but got turned away. Fan belt broke on my way back to Moreleta. Had to pay R2.200 for low-bed to have it transported for repairs. Dealer Principal Pieter Voges refused to pay for repairs in the end agreed to pay labour of R5.985 but we had to pay R24.612-55. Got the vehicle back on a Friday the water pump broke on the Sunday another R7.400-00. Had the vehicle back 3 weeks indicated there was something wrong. Took the vehicle to BMW on Friday morning 06 March 2015 they did diagnostics fuel injectors have to be replaced another R29.041-30. Dealership refuses any assistance. Management says CPA does not apply to them and we will fail miserably if we attempt to take them on. Does this sound like reasonable service and treatment of consumer to anyone? Help us stand up against these people we are a young couple who wanted to get married we postponed our wedding with a year but with the new problems who knows when this will be possible all due to their ********* practice. We were forced to use our wedding money to pay for a vehicle that was not up to standard. Where the next money will come from no one knows!
