This is how you retain current and get new custome

My wife bought a demo V40 Cross Country and took delivery of the car on Thursday. Volvo offered to keep her old one until Saturday when she and her sister will come and fetch it, She sold the car to her sister, so nothing for Volvo to gain except goodwill. Today (Sat 16-Apr), they went to fetch the car and guess what. Volvo washed the car and parked it on the showroom floor with ribbon and all. Shane even took her sister through the instruction routine and explained how everything works! When the three ladies (her sisters friend went with) came home they could not stop talking about the excellent service at Volvo. And they will keep on talking about this for a long time to come. What a great initiative and the best adverti*****t of good service beyond the extra mile you will ever find. Well done Shane King and the team at CMH Volvo in Bryanston. My next car is a Volvo :-)
