They Don't want to Refund me.

I recently app**** for car Finance CMH Nissan Durban. and I was approved it was last week Thursday. Then Friday I was ment to go collect the car and receive a call from the sales lady telling me that the car was sold wensday for cash she didn't know. But now the problem is gave them deposite of 15 000 which I'm battling to get back from them. They telling me stories or hanging up the phone.I don't even know weather am I going to get my money back or what.
