The worst dealer ship ever

I have purchased a vehicle from cmh used car buyers last year June. The vehicle was sold to me on false pretence. The dealer nor the sales person at the time Vishnu was not transparent on the history of the vehicle. I was promised my service book and spare will b given to me a week later up till today I have not recieved it. I was not told that The vehicle has missed its 1st service that's 20000km service only upon me booking the car in for service was I told by a ford dealership that it has missed its service. I have been begging them for my service book and spare key even up until today nothing was given. I have been through several obstacles from the point of sale with this dealer and request for urgent assistance to resolve this matter desperately. This dealership has really inconvenienced me immensely to put it lightly was in and out the dealership for July, August and September 2019
