Terrible service from sales person

Received terrible service from one of the sales person at CMH Menlyn Maine in Pretoria. Before I could take delivery he was all good, returning calls, emails, etc. once I took delivery things changed. He didn’t disclose a fault with the vehicle. The licensing was also an issue which he tried to make my issue. The manager also never returns calls or emails. None of the staff know the managers or DP cellphone numbers. The list goes on and on.
