terrible service

My Ford Ranger went for a 60000 service in Alberton two weeks ago. Last week Thursday the Ranger went in to limp mode on the highway . The vehicle was towed to CMH in Randburg. Friday morning I phoned them and the woman told me that they are busy with other clients vehicles and I have to wait for my turn. Which I understand. Saturday phoned them and was told the workshop is closed on a saturday. Monday morning I spoke to a service adviser named Ruan, he told me at around 10.00am that the vehicle is on the machine and they will call me before 15:00 to let me know what the problem is. I called after 15:00 and was told that Ruan was busy and they will call me back. Phoned this morning and he put the phone down in my ear. Now I must call the DP to answer my questions. Terrible service.
