Superior service and work done.

Booked my Corsa in for an annual service. On arrival I was assisted immediately by Christine Spies who was very friendly. I added a note that I was concerned about a clicking noise as well. Shortly after my colleague collected me for work, I received an SMS notification about the status of my booking. Pretty quick :). A few hours after arriving at work, I got another status update informing me that they were still busy with my car. I really like the consistency in updates. Shortly after lunch hour I got a call from Christine letting me know my car was in the wash bay and almost ready for collection. On arrival, again I was assisted promptly by Christine. She gave me a full breakdown on all work done, and the clicking noise diagnosed down to a fuel pressure valve. They put that part on order for me to be replaced under warranty. She also said they serviced my induction system which in turn would increase my performance and fuel economy. She didn't lie, my throttle application feels much more responsive in power. After payment Christine kindly showed me to my sparkly clean car. On a side note, the premises and workshop was so clean and neat. Happy smiles as I left the premises. TYVM!
