Steer away from this group

I would just like to highlight to anyone looking to buy a car from the CMH group to really consider as you can even see on the reviews that they never reply. I have yet to see a reply from any of their dealerships. I bought a second hand car from CMH Volvo Umhlanga and the lady at finance changed the interest rate (that is on top of very poor service) and someone else initialed on my behalf. I made complaints to their dealer principal and CMH head office and no one cared to even reply. I made a case with the banking ombudsman but it was difficult to prove as the documents we already at the bank although the lady from Volvo did admit that the interest rate changed for some unknown reason. So if you are looking for peace of mind steer away from this group.
