Shocking service

<p>My Captiva went in for a major service on 12 April 2017. I was phoned at 16h00 to say my vehicle would be ready at 16:50. At 16:25 I was phoned again to give me a quote to skim discs, replace front and back discs as well some globes 25 minutes before I was supposed to collect my vehicle....but they did not have stock of brakes! 4 days after the major service my clutch gave in, but they check brakes that were still good for 4000km but can't check the clutch!!! Shocking service </p>
