Service from Hell

<p>3 weeks ago I purchased a vehicle 2012 Audi A4 from CMH dealership in Umhlanga Durban, before taking delivery of the vehicle emailed the salesman Mahesh Parbhoo requesting that the vehicle be serviced an scratches be removed, I then collected the vehicle. Apon collection I noted the bad paintjob done on the vehicle and the warning light on the dashboard that state the vehicle needs a service. I immediately informed the dealership through their finance manager Sharon Parumal as well as sales manager Kurt Fayer. Kurt then advised me that it’s a normal function of the vehicle as they serviced the vehicle last year October, after numerous complaints with regards to this , I let it go a requested the registration and number plates of the vehicles. Today the vehicles water pump and timing belt gave in leaving the vehicle immobile as driving it would damage the motor further, I again immediately informed the salesman Mahesh about this and again they refuse to help me instead refer me to the SA Warranty claims department that was old to me by them. I Have this vehicle less than a month and it is no longer driving. Please advise How do I get to have them sort my car out as I have not yet even paid the 1st installment yet and it is giving such problems. ********** 041</p> <p> </p>
