SATNAV and Reverse Camera not working

Live in Cape Town and purchased a second hand vehicle at CMH East Rand GM. The sales person told me that the car was in perfect condition, they only re-sell excellent cars etc. <br> <br> I signed an OTP for 345K on condition that they carry out an AA report. The AA report mentioned that the reverse camera was not working, I told the dealer that this must be addressed along with some other minor items mentioned. <br> <br> The dealership told me that the car was not fitted with a reverse camera as it was an optional extra. I agreed that if it was an optional extra then I don't expect them to fit one but was surprised as it was a top of the line Pajero model.<br> <br> I subsequently flew to Joburg to collect the vehicle and on collection I could clearly see that the camera is fitted but not working, at this point the manager said that it was probably related to the SatNav as that is also not working (which was never mentioned to me) and he thinks it may be related. He assured me that CHM is a large dealership that would not leave me stranded and that they would sort it out as they have sister branches in Cape Town.<br> <br> Needless to say after numerous follow up calls and emails nothing has materialised.
