refusal of a test drive

I wanted to test drive a ford mustang, because I've just finished paying my current car and was intending to buy a car. Ford mustang happened to be one of the cars I'm really considering buying. I went to ford south africa website and filled the request form for a test drive. After 2 days I got a call from Ofentse telling me he would be dealing with my request. After a brief discussion, he told me that he would come back to me regarding my request. After few minutes indeed, he came back to me telling me that I need to fill and application form first before I could be granted my request. That on its own made me to feel somehow, on why should I fill an application form first. After that, I never heard from him again. Until I was phoned by a lady called Robyn Pillay, who I suppose was calling me from their head office. She was asking me if I did get a test drive, and I explained to her the whole story. She eventually sent me an email that she received from the dealer principal outlining why I was not granted a test drive. The reasons of the dealer principal were unsatisfactory to me, that they had lost a car recently, and maybe I was not forthcoming relating to my intention to buy.
