Purchase of a Pre-Owned car from CMH FOURWAYS

I purchased a used car from CMH Volvo fourways. After approximately 2 years we decided to trade the car in for a new one. Upon valuation we found out that the vehicle had been involved in an accident. I immediately brought it to the attention of Mr Artinson (director) and Mr Shaun van der Merve (dealer Principal). They did not inform me about the damages when the car was purchased. They denied knowing about the accident. I then sent them proof of the accident. Then they blamed the previous owner of the vehicle. This goes to show how ************ these people are. I tried on various occasions to get a face to face meeting with the director and the dealer Principal but they avoided it. I asked the them to replace the car and they said they couldn't find one, and tried to sell me a Cherry which I was not interested in.. These 2 where dragging there feet on this matter for too long and they where not interested. After a lot of emails they said that if I buy another car from them they wil they will give me a good trade in. When I decided on the car I want, from one of their dealership they gave me the worst trade in. I got a far better trade in at their competitor. The above mentioned people are bringing CMH name into disrepute., CMH used to be a reputable company but no longer. My advice to anyone doing business with CMH fourways to be wairy and make sure I'm are dotted and T's are crossed. These people are a************ bunch
