Promises...Promises and then nothing!

In September 2018 I bought a Kia Sportage from CMH East Rand. I was given the assurance that the car had a FSH. Upon collection, I was also promised that the car would have a validation done. Although the car was in a very good condition, it had only been given a wash. There was dust and papers in the boot from years ago. The sales lady, Janine, promised me that the service book would be collected from the previous owner and delivered to me. It is now 7 months later and after various mails and Whatsapp messages, Janine does not even bother getting back to me. I called Kia in Boksburg who could only trace a few services, and advised that I should bring the car in for a major service, which would cost me around R7K. I bought the car from CMH for cash. Is that why they don't care about after sales service? I do however receive regular calls from their office to find out if I would recommend friends and family to buy from them. Please be careful when buying a car from them, as they are truly second hand salesmen, and women.
