Poor technicians, poorer people s****s

My car keeps going back there each month because they only do 80% of the job and then new problems emurge. I've been blocked so I can't reach my service advicer and the service manager seems to only manager services when she feels like it. They never get back to you on issues regarding your car. Service advicers make ****y comments and jokes at you while you wait for your car to be done. Not that professional as they'd want you to believe after all.
