Poor service at CMH EASTRAND

Poor service at CMH Eastrand boksburg, I called and asked a Question to a Service Adviser who does not even know where a part is located on the Engine he transfers me to a manager and cuts me off, I phone back again the reception lady answers and said everyone is in a meeting can she take a message, I left my work number and cell number with her, Till today no one called me back, i asked this about 2 weeks ago, I know the first person i spoke to was Adriaan, Really pathetic service, I would not recommend them to any one.
