Poor service and Bad Listening Skills
I have come to a conclusion that Nissan is not service oriented company at all. My car was due for a service, on the 30 March I called CMh Nissan in Monte Naicker Durban. The call was picked up by a man called Clinton. From our conversation I picked up that the call was not welcomed and it was disturbing him. I overheard when he was handing over the call, saying" take this booking we have so many things to do". I continued with the booking.
On the 31 March I took my car to CMH Nissan Durban and I was assisted by Clinton , I gave him my contact number to call , I asked him if they could please check my car because there is a squeaky noise when pressing breaks. I also asked to change globes for the front lights. All my asks were noted down.
The annoying part started when one of their staff members called my husband notifying him about windscreen, he advised that they must call my number and he provided them again with my number. Another staff member called to advise him about changing of globes, again he advised him to call me, I returned the call to Nissan and I was advised that Zamo( the person dealing with my car was busy with a client he will return my call. I waited for a call, instead I received a call from my husband advising me that he has been called to collect the car.
I went to collect the car and found out the globes have not been changed , I don't know the reason.
I am disgusted about their service and annoyed. I don't have any joy with their poor service, poor listening skills, I really don't know what I paid for. UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE
