Poor service

I hate the fact that I sent my car to this dealership on the 23rd of July 2018 for repairs and nobody had decency to call me about the status of my car. Every time I call them I get referred to GM customer care to make arrangements for myself to get rental car. It's been 15 days I'm without a car !!!!!!!!! Their service is pathetic, I'll never recommend them to my family and friends. They're so unprofessional, I cannot believe that a big company like this does not value their customers. #frustrated customer#���
