poor service

I bought a brand new Nissan NP200 from above supplier during July 2015.I paid cash reqeusted them to register the vehicle on E Fourie id no *** as it is a present. However they register and deliver the bakkie in name of PC Kotze id n0 ***. The driver inform me that the relevant papers will be sent as it need signature .After several phonecalls and promises even to send it by courier I did not receive anything up to date. I am very disconcented as they didn't wait for their money,but I have to beg for service and even made a changeof ownership on my expenses though it is their mistake <br> I hope you can help me solve this problem.<br> Thank you<br> P Kotze
