Poor quality vehicles sold and poor customer service

I purchased a 2018 Suzuki Ciaz 1.4 GLX not even a week later brakes and discs pads needed to be replaced, 3 weeks later the power steering failed I contacted the dealer poor customer service from the sales rep and the manager since they never attend to an issue in a timely manner, I never got a service book when the car was purchased and I struggled to have the warranty cover the repairs since the 75000km service was not loaded on the system, how they eventually covered the repairs baffled me but I did not question them , I was told the part could take +-30 my vehicle spent more time at the workshop than with me. And after much thought and consideration I realised that these guys cannot be trusted if they sell vehicles in this condition, how can I trust the courtesy vehicle I could later on be held liable for cost which they could try and cover up on the repairs , I emailed the manager and told him that I did not want the vehicle since it's unsafe and till now no response, I messaged the sales rep to get her manager to contact me and no call I recieved, so I decided to e mail Suzuki and tell them have my vehicle assembled so I can fetch it by the following day, I was much safer having my own property than these guys who sells poor quality vehicles and yet I was told that no response from the sales lady was given so here I am waiting yet again for a response to take something back that I purchased and I pay for each month, poor customer service with these guys and poor quality vehicles I dealt with the very manager Peter who then passed the matter over to Sabelo I never heard from Peter again or received a response from any e mails. I told the sales lady Philli to handled the sale to get Sabelo to contact me which till now no call and not even my e mail sent to him was responded to, and the sales lady Philli is all smiles for the sale but when it comes to fixing an issue on the something they sold she shows no compassion or empathy towards the matter,
