Poor and Disgusting Service

Absolutely appalled at the rude and disgusting service received at Ford Umgeni and Ford Pinetown. What a mistake it was buying a Ford. The car was less than a few weeks in my possession and the driver window stopped working and when I took it to be checked and fixed at Ford Umgeni they broke it further. Not forgetting the terrible service received from branch Manager Natasha and consultant Precious.

I must now pay to fix what they broke. What is the purpose of a having a car under the maintenance plan than.

Can my car issue be resolved.
