Pathetic service

<p>On 12 Jan 2017 my Ford Kuga was scheduled with the CMH Ford strydom park for the 19 Jan 2017 for a service Due to the number of them catching on fire. Great booking service. My experience turned to the worst. On 19/01, my car was booked in by Ruan who was unapproachable. The driver dropping me off was just as rude. At 4:30pm (they close at 5pm) I contacted Ruan who said that my water bottle was cracked and after I showed frustration, i was transferred to Paula who assumed that all females are clueless and tried to make me believe that my pump has rubber pipes compared to others that have plastic pipes and I could still drive the car. Once again today I called at 15:30pm to get feedback on my car. I was then informed at 16:30pm again that my vehicle was ready without having sufficient time to arrange collection of my vehicle. Yesterday i collec ted the car, the central locking was not done. the car does not lock the doors automatically when i drive and i argued with Ruan again on that as he tried to talk over me talking. Paula again gave mixed stories... </p>
