Not Toyota Certified!!!!!

Very Bad Experience!!! When went to CMH Toyota Alberton traveling from Rustenburg to collect our ‘Automark Approved’ vehicle.

With great surprise the vehicle had 15000km more than was advertised and the spare wheel looked like a racing slick.

I refused to take the vehicle with the worn tyre and only got the vehicle 3 days later after they have replaced the tyre. Now a week or so later I heard a noise coming from the brakes. I booked the vehicle in at Rustenburg Toyota and they found that brakes where completely worn and that the caliper piston was faulty.

CMH Toyota agreed to cover the costs for the brakes but did not want Rustenburg Toyota to order the part they wanted to send the part???? Not sure why????

Added frustration comes when I have to follow up every hour to find out the progress of things.

Now the 3rd day sitting without a newly purchased vehicle because CMH Toyota sent the wrong part?

This makes me question the trusted phrase ‘Auto Mark Certified’ how is a vehicle presented to a client with no roadworthy spare tyre and faulty brakes?
