No service to repeat customers

In December 2017 we purchased a 2012 Jaguar xf 3.0v6 premium luxury for jaguar menlyn Park in Pretoria.

Over the year our situation has changed and now we are trying to trade in the vehicle on an Jeep Compass or Patriot, a Honda crv or land rover freelander 2 with less than 80000km on the clock as we are trying to lower our monthly installment to about R4000 or R4500 a month due to the fact that we have been retrenched and started with a new company on a lower income.

We have tried now at multiple dealers mostly Cmh dealer as this would our 3 vehicle purchased through the group in 3 years and no one is willing to take the Jaguar as a trade in as they say it is a high value vehicle but they are not interested as it is a vehicle that is difficult to sell again.

I am really in a pinch and trying to get this done.

We still have an outstanding balance on the Jaguar and we really need help with this.

And now we get told a vechicle that we bought a year ago from this dealer for R469000 in now worth only R130000 that is insane
