no respect for customers time, terrible service & I doubt they actually serviced the car

brought my car in for service at CMH Volvo Fourways in December, They assured me this was going to take 1/2 days, since I needed the car for work. After 5 days I was finally able to pick it up only for them to inform me that I would have to bring it back since they couldn't finish. they ordered the parts to finish and would call me when they came in, they never called. After they did called me 3 times to see if I was satisfied with their service even though they hadn't finished yet. (each time I mentioned that they weren't finished but still no call about my parts even though they came in 5 days after the first service.)

It took them 5 days to service my car and they never informed me that it was going to take longer than expected.

A week after my vehicle already started having issues again, informing me I should take it to service even though it was there a week earlier. I contacted CMH to see what the next steps would be. they informed me I have to bring it for service AGAIN, they did not even offer to look at it while I was at their store.

I doubt they actually serviced the car beyond changing oil, they have no respect for their costumers time or request and their service is awful.

I will NEVER go here again.
