No quote received after more than a month

Me and my husband went on a Saturday to find out what the costs are going to be if we want to install central locking on my CX5. Francois helped us and we wrote our details in the book. He would have sent us a quote or a call back on that following Monday. Since then we received nothing yet. Pathetic!!!
