No after sales once bought - Do not buy a Renault

<p>"DO NOT BUY A RENAULT' - Once bought,there is no after sales / warranty and customer service available. After various complaints about my radio/ nav system, I still cannot get it replaced after the foreman ( Gateway) found it to be defective and hence had approval to replace. Customer service agent Sharon says she cannot give me a time frame of when it can be replaced. Renault service and the staff are pathethic and useless and one hopes that your CEO can makes changes w.r.t service levels. I also experienced delays in the supplying of service parts during my first service interval. Some one , please investigate these issues as these are inconveniences resulting in time off from work etc. I definitely would not recommend anyone to buy a Renault. I cant wait to get rid of mine.</p>
