My money is the same as liquid capital money.

It's not a complaint or compliment but just questions out of curiosity

My car was in for a service today and service was done I'm happy. (1st 2 services on my car were paid for by me and I can remember correctly 1st service was 3200 and the 2nd service was 2800, after that 360+ has been handling my service. My question is why is it that when I pay for my service prices go that high but when 360+ is paying for a service it never goes over 1000? Why can't we pay what liquid capital is paying? Why change air-con filter all the time when I'm paying but when liquid capital pays filter is changed after a year? Spark plugs were changed on both services I paid for but when liquid capital pays spark plugs are changed after a year?

The list is endless but please answer the little that I've asked.
